was this the venezuelan "import/export" guys boat? he is on a long vacation

Again, IT WAS teal/blue/gold before. NOT red/blue. The Venezuelan boat was a right hand wheel.

This pics that he sent me showed the original colors as white with Blue Blue and yellow stripes, has blue interior as current pics show. Is now blue w/white silver and ghost flames and a "special custom touch".

It is also a left side drive cockpit. He claims was no damage when repainted, just wanted a more personal paint job.
