I'm sure Tom will chime in but around 110 if I recall. The "jump" video on YouTube shows Tom lay down the throttles to about 110. He got the jump on Schulte in the "out of control" TS but you can see Kevin start to catch up or at least not get "walked away from" 
Schulte's boat doesn't quite do 110...but close.

Let me take a moment to point out something here that is always overlooked.
In the video It is made to look like Hot For Teacher just pours it to the coals and went smoking by Out of Control.
What is not known is that I slowed down to so the pack could catch up. Because I was following the chopper I knew where it was headed and I had turned at the breakwater sooner than the rest of the group. That video was all about the groups boats not just one.
I slowed down so we could all re-group and get the most boats in the shot as possible. We all pitched in to pay for the chopper. Tom went smoking by me after I had slowed to let the group catch up.
Nothing against Tom or that boat. That rig is FAST.
