Congrats on the Sale. I still look at the pics. One of the nicest Cafe's I've ever seen.

Everyone is entitled to their $.02 on the Internet. Some have spent all their money as soon as they offer an opinion, while others are real buyers, actually looking at boats with real money to spend. These real buyers get to set the market versus just commenting on it.

Also keeping a boat perfect, versus hosing one off and sticking it in a dry storage rack makes the difference when it is time to move up. The cafe had more time in maintaining it than engine hours. It is a labor of love to own and maintain these old last century boats. When one sells cheap you know it is is in poor condition, worn out power, and not correctly maintained. Just my $.02......

Market Value: "the estimated amount for which a property should exchange on the date of valuation between a willing buyer and a willing seller in an arm’s-length transaction after proper marketing wherein the parties had each acted knowledgeably, prudently, and without compulsion."[

It appears this boat had a MV of $99K. Good to hear a seller and buyer are happy with the deal.

It appears this boat DID NOT HAVE a MV of $99K. Good to hear a seller and buyer are happy with the deal.
Fixed, you forgot to highlight the other more important info!

In all seriousness, congrats to the seller... it's tough enough to move a boat these days even with average pricing!
