Looks to me like it could be a 36' Flat deck wide body Cigarette. The front vents, lines, and sides are very similar to the 36' Cig. Someone could have converted a flat deck to a center console???

Per the USCG HIN database, it is "Maine Homemade Boats", the Manufactuer ID Code for Maine's State Issued HINs.
