1991 38 cig, how much, how fast
#1
What is a good buying price for a 1991 38 top gun with 525s (don't know how many hours) and #3 speedmasters, boat is very clean, just painted, new gauges, new cockpit etc. The only dated thing I can see it the cabin int. no trailer
Oh yeh, the engines need to be gone through and put in the boat, i can make them any HP I need to.
What speeds can I expect
Thanks

There is one locally that is a '93 that runs in the low 80's. It's for sale - I think you could get it for around $100K. Pictures are at Martin Marine's web site

It's the 4th one down.

There is a sharp looking 38 i think it is a 91 down at loto at a brokers. at the corner of hwy54 and business 54 looks to be in good condition im not sure about power or $$. if your looking for one it would be worth the trip down.

The 38 that Later is talking about is a 94 with I beleive 650 per side. They may be 750, but I think the guy said 650. They are asking 125 for it. I beleive that Black Thunder owns the boat. It was traded in on a new 46 BT. I think it may need some work, some of the stiching was coming out on the hatch, but overall the boat is in good condition.
