pretty sure it's paint. this is a boat that with a paint job and a mild update would be timeless to have and run.

if thats the case grab a few gallons of gel safe paint stripper and get that 80s paint job off there. all white with a new cig logo and that boat would be perfect!! wish i could swing it.
