I just bought a 21 cigarette with 200hp out board. How fast wil it go and what prop???

When I was doing my research seems like they were running about 60mph +/- 2mph with a 200hp OB. Their pretty heavy boats and also pretty wide for their size. Let me know if you ever want to get rid of it.

Ran it it was loading up so Change spark plugs and then it wouldent start!!!!!
