Default 35 Mistress #3 drives, how much trim???

86 Mistress, at speed, should the drive be up high enough to throw a tail behind it? The boat seems to run happy there it just looks a little odd.

How high are you running them? Sounds brutal on the U-joints..........

I'm running V's with spacers. They are not quite as deep as a III. Mine are set so that '3' is level with the bottom. They don't throw much of a tail at all. I haven't needed to trim them out past 5.

Check what your indicators are zero'd at before drawing any conclusions. It's up to whoever last messed with them what they read.
