Default Where's all the F2 T/S guns now?

Seeing Team Virgin in the main section got me thinkin' I haven't seen any of them pop up in a while. Where they at?

Team Virgin (raced by Tres Martin, now the Hering Propellers boat) - Probably the most visible and utilized out of the group, it's currently located in Southern Cali, and can be seen regularly running the Catalina ski race, Desert Storm Poker Run in Havasu and the SCOPE poker run in Long Beach.

Lucky Strike (Lip-Ship) - Last I heard Steve sold it and it was in Arizona somewhere. Never saw it again after Steve and the new owner ran it in the SCOPE Poker run a few years back.

MAXX - Last I saw of it, it was on the Key West Poker Run Circa 09 or so.

Speed Racer (the boat Sean rolled) - Jeff Cheng (OSO founder) sold it to Chad who sold it to someone in LOTO and it changed hands after that a few times. Kind've fell off the radar.

(although not a T/S) the Blue cloud single step F2 boat that Phil raced at one point was also last seen in the LOTO area I thought. Rolled it a few years back and was never seen again.

So, who has the updates?

that's where the story ends on that one. Guy that bought it from Chad still has it at loto. It has been for sale off and on but hasn't changed hands. Also I know that boat spit out Sean but I didn't think it actuall "rolled" At least the video I saw it healed over in a turn threw out the crew and the boat kept going. When I think of a boat rolling I think of it going all the way over. Still not fun for the crew regardless. may be different than the incident you are refering to.

MAXX is still owned by a guy in Lake George, NY I believe. I saw it up there last fall.

Yep. Always loved the paint on that boat. Heard the single stepped guns are borderline dangerous to drive.

No, you're right. I tbought it got wet at some point though cause it went back to cig for repairs ad interior replacement (minds a little fuzzy, but I could've sworn...) but yea, it Just rolled over and pitched dick and Sean.

I saw it for sale a year or so ago. Still looks super clean! I didn't know the same guy that bought it from chad still had it.

The cloud boat is at the 13mm on loto at some condos he is out almost every weekend. The speed racer one is at the 15mm in the back of a cove the owner also has a skater but I haven't seen the cig out this year it was at mastertech marine getting a lot of work done.
