Sounds like it is listed by a broker or something... obviously out of touch with the current market.

Boat sat for a long time before it sold when it was new. The interior looks like McDonalds had it built.

There's at least two reasons it hasn't sold. For about 125k more you can get a new one, and it looks like a box of crayons exploded in the cockpit...
