The 2000 that Carl has is very nice with fresh 600 Mercs. I checked it out pretty good at Key West and for $99k it seems like a decent deal.

offshore- was that boat from fl and used to have the number 88 on the front of the boat. if so, i always liked that boat, great colors.
ray- are you talking about the red and white flat deck, #5 boat now #6 boat. if so, always liked that boat as well. do you have any current pictures of that boat, its got one hell of a nice interior too if i recall correctly.. btw the boat is for a good friend of mine, finally going to make the step into what he has always wanted. the price point will be key, the year really doesn't matter, speed doesn't matter (for now lol). he's looking for the best bang for the buck, just doesn't want to spend the money for a twin step. he's very mechanically inclined and not afraid to turn a wrench if he has to.

If hes a good mechanic and doesnt mind working on stuff, maybe he should wait and see what Hurricane Sandy brings him in terms of salvage stuff. He could prolly get into a twin step for the price point he wants. There is already one that is coming up on this site.
