just ran across this one on ebay....comes with some good parts but needs alot of work....could be a good project for someone:

the blue/red stripes on this one are the same as my buddy's 28 i redid a number of years back...its a bi-centenial edition....or at least his was..

Thats why i said "for the right person" 
many people like projects...like me....hell if it were ALOT closer i may have jumped on it...it has a ton of nice parts from the looks of it.

with some work it can be brought back and looking just as nice as some of the new boats out there....look at this one...from before to after:
