yes, it was owned by a guy named robert betz for many years. He was asking 20k for it about 4 years ago and eventually sold it 2 years ago for a steal of 11,500. Not sure what the guy who is selling it now put into it but it sounds like he will let it go for fairly cheap considering he says make an offer must sell and only asking 12,500. If its still in the same condition it was when bob sold it then its a great deal, bob was a guy with multiple toys and a no expense spared kind of guy.

Always thought of the 28 cig as an american classic. Kind of like the 69 camaro of boats you know?
