Getting the boat ready for Key West next month!! Cant wait!!

My not so old Graffrig gauges were full of water, rusted under the lens, and you had to bang on them to get them to work.... Big POS...

So here is the new Livorsi install!!

Nightmare I started with. I can't believe people actually get paid to do work like this... They need to find a new career...

Livorsi uses Deutch connectors!! Just so happens I have been working with them for the last 15 years at Cat!! And have all the tooling!! Perfect!!

Double Wire Crimp to feed the next gauge inline

Wires installed into the connector

Ordered a bunch of connectors to make the install clean!

Building the gauge harness.

Installing the gauges.

All wired up.

Cleaned up the wiring in the boat! Plug and Play now!!

Still have to do the rest of the gauges, will keep you updated. Livorsi has a couple on backorder right now. Also Getting rid of the drivers side GPS (For Now) and putting in a 5"GPS speedo... Thats all i used that GPS for anyways lol to see how fast I was going.

Going to let Glass Dave install one of his dash caps next year... This will have to work for now.

Definitely looks similar to building ECM wiring harnesses! What do you do for Cat? I work at mossville in TCL.

I was a heavy equipment technician. I mostly did dealer certified rebuilds on 992 & 988 Cat Loaders. Basically break it down to a bare frame & rebuild every compnent.. Engine, Trans, Pumps, Cylinders, Diffs, Cab, Wiring etc. Put it all back together and give the customer a 3 year warranty!!

I ended up leaving in 2007 after about 15 years.. I sell Real Estate now!! Imagine that lol
