Stainless marine exhaust and got rid of a crazy rich tune up, also quit using non projection plugs because they foul out with aluminum heads. Not enough combustion temps.

Loaded in ZP's tune up and it just made a **** ton more power!! Bolted on ZP's props now I cruise at 60mph!!

Anybody that thinks its a lie, put some money where your mouth is (we now you guys have a mouth, not sure about money). We will install them and go collect my money!!!

Holy ****, 70 @ 5000? that's some serious slip if you are running 925hp.

I really do think these boats are extremely sensitive to prop blade design. It's damn near impossible to know what you are running. It's either trial and error, or owning a blade scanning machine.... I can't afford to go through testing props at $3K a whack, it's frustrating.

I don't know why anyone on this site would build bigger motors if they were just going to blow out the props at cruising speed and go slower on the top end .:evilb:

Interesting. I have been running non projected tip plugs for years in aluminum heads, never had one foul. Bunch of guys up here running icy cold great lake water thru their engines, with no issues. You sure it wasnt your rotor that was welded causing fuel distribution issues fouling your plugs ? :cartman:

I agree with that... We have new merc 5 blade, 1200, 15 r, 17.75x32, and 17.5x 34 here , drag that beautiful boat down and try them.

Would love to. Neighbor in the rack next to me has a Nortech with 5 blades on it. not sure what pitch, they may be too big for my boat, but I need to make nice with him and see if there is a possible prop test in my future...
