Well... I bought a newer style (2004) backseat and put it in the boat and then took the boat to FLA to get the hatch (which was rotted) and new side panels made. That turned into re-doing everything. Gotta love these *&#$ing boats!!!

Few pics from tonights session!

Blowers apart clean and ready for new bearings & Seals

New Bearings/Seals and Teflon Strips. (Before you get gung ho about replacing your strips you have to have a way to turn the teflon down to get .005" clearance from the rotor to the case)

The only parts (besides bearings) that needed to be replaced were the couplers.. I bought new ones from the blower shop.

Rebuilt the Snout with new bearings and seals!

New Blower Bearings & Seals installed.

Rotors installed

Bearings Retainers

Pay attention to this shim and what rotor it is on. This shim fine tunes the rotor timing and is VERY IMPORTANT!!

New ARP Pro Blower Gear Bolts!! Look for the timing marks on the gears, you can see the rotor timing here.
