Cafe definately rides better than a Bullet in the rough stuff... flat to 3 footers a Bullet is a great boat. 4ft plus it gets rough...so it depends on what water your boating in. Both fun boats...

a buddy of mine has a bullet , I have a cafe. both great boats. there close in size , the cafe has more cockpit and seems like more engine room space , could be decieving ,my cafe is bravo the bullet is trs. both easy to work on , the bullet back of back seat comes up with hatch. the cafe is huge under the hatch. we both are right around 500+ hp and run the same low 60s . either boat puts you in a few select owners theirs only a little over 100 cafes not sure how many bullets. you will not be sorry.

Low 60s sounds wrong. My old bullet ran 72 with 500s in smooth water and 75 in big water.

Sounds about right. My buddys old Bullet with 600HP per side ran about 76-78. Wasn't stellar speeds for a 31 but had a good ride, and solid boat. My buddies 38 Flatdecks with 600's run about 70 ish.

The Bullet is a big 31. And imo has a very useable cabin. I really liked how the backseat backrest went up with the hatch. That made working on things a lot nicer. Only place I remember any stress cracks was in the corners of the back seat area up where the deck meets the back seat.

Not all bullets have a notched transom which I think is worth about 3-4 mph. Also bullets have a wider beam than a cafe so the cafe should be faster with equal power.

I used to own that boat about 10 yrs ago it had 450hp 502's ran 67-69mph. I don't know what the motors look like now but I had just redone the bilge before I sold it.
