What an incredible job, congrats! Quick question, did you paint your trim pumps and tanks?

Hey I just stumbled upon your restore last night. That thing is unbelievable Most Mystique's I wouldn't even give a 1st glance to but yours just does it for me and the yellow 90 is the best one out there in my book

Congratulations on finishing a long hard road on it . Hope you have a ball on it and reap your well deserved rewards on it.

Thanks for the kind words tommy, but the old girl is still not done, I had a lot of thing going on and didn't have much time to work on it this summer, than Blue thunder took me on a fun run with him and that's all it took to light the fuse again, trying to get the motors dynoed before dec. so I can get them in early next year, it will be on the water next year if I have to buy oars and row it here are a few pic from my yard, I get up behind the helm and make motor sounds, my wife said she needs just one more signature to have me committed

Well its been almost a year since I posted on this thread, didn't get a chance to work on the project much last year, but been working on the boat as much is can since May, and thanks to my good friend Blue Thunder who has keep me motivated, and is my self proclaimed project manager, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had a few set backs, throughout the summer, and the major one was with the AFR heads, and I'm not going to knock AFR because I think there great heads, if its anybody's fault its mine for not reading the directions sent with the heads. But I do want to thank Full Force for his head thread, it got me to think about checking mine, and I'm glad I did the guides were super tight, and probably would have ended up like his did with me running open cooling, after that set back been moving forward. hope to fire it in the next week or so... here some pics of what's been going on...the first pic of the motors is pre head work. I will post more pics of the progress, it is at the point the motors are in and the drives are on...
