When is the cig store going to come out with some new stuff? And all in Black or gray?

I tried buying my Father some Cig Gear for his birthday. Everything in black or XL was sold out. I would have spent some $$$$$ if they had a selection. Jeff

or if it didnt cost $20 to ship a $25 shirt. im pretty sure one of those $5 "if it fits, it ships" boxes from the usps would work.

They needed a designer with imagination would sell a lot more. And yes I hate too get taken an shipping and handling charges.

have all the shirts they have out right now, i like them. they could bring back old shirts from the past. make some new stuff, would be nice to see a dry fit T shirt or polo etc

They always have the trailer fully stocked with new stuff at Key West.

And at the Miami boat show in February!

Guess I could go to one of those places snd save the shipping
and handling

They have way more stuff at the events than the website. Like Towels, License Plates, Tank-Tops, More Colors, lol

True dat, but why not make it easily accessible to your loyal customers and keep the online store up to date? The Cig Store has been a PITA for as long as I can remember. Last time I bought anything of consequence is when we toured the factory. Guess I'll have to schedule another trip! Was planning to be in KW this year but can't make it happen.

I just wish they would bring back the towels. I've called them numerous times over the last two years asking if they intend to bring them back. Answer is no every time. That bothers me if what you say is true about them having towels at these events.

All complaining aside, I think the pricing on their products are very fair. We usually place at least one order a year for misc shirts to keep the females looking good.

But again, I WANT TOWELS!!!

Or, just have someone that goes to one of these events grab a couple for me.

Let me see if I can remember all the reasons I've been given for no more towels from them.

"We don't have enough interest in them anymore to justify bringing them back"

"The towels are too big and they can't be washed by a normal washing machine causing the machine to break".

"No one else has asked for them"

Note those were quotes. Didn't make that up.

Work keeps me from making events. Every time I plan to go a worker get hurt and it falls through. Who wants to get me some gear at KW and mail it to me?

Hey guys. I called today and spoke to the lady that handles the merchandise store for Cigarette. She was great to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in hearing what we are looking for from them. She asked me to send her a link to this thread so she could get some feedback and see what she could do to help. So, let's all reply in a constructive way giving her feedback so she can help us.

I liked the retro stuff with the old school script logo.

It would be nice to have a variety of merchandise like they do at the shows.

Wife would like some bright colored tank tops like Hot Pink, Lime Green etc.

Gentlemen, (I use that term loosely) here's what I have.

Haha! It's fine! I understand how the Internet can be. I only wish that they would take the time to call like you have. Since I took over the store I have been doing my best to give people what they are looking for. Here in the store we have dozens of items that aren't listed online (because I'm not a good photographer) but whenever someone calls looking for something to fit their tastes I will send them many pictures of items we have and sell them individually. Like that individual looking for tank tops? We have A LOT just sitting around staring me in the face.
Anyways, I looked into the towels and I found who manufactured them. I am talking to them today to see how we can get a new stock coming in, as I'd hate to sell you the one I've been throwing around on the shelves. I will keep you updated on anything new and if for whatever reason I get denied in my request to bring the towels back I will have this one specially marked for you.

As for the requests on the website:
mmb - the license plate frames we had were plastic and we pride ourselves on quality. It was a difficult decision pulling them from the line because, well, now I have a bunch of boxes full of ugly cheap frames and nothing to do with them. I have been actively looking for a new company that manufactures them as well as hitch covers, but keeping it local has been difficult. We have many tank tops in several colors. I'd be more than glad to send you pictures if you e-mail me.
Croozin2 - I keep the website up to date pretty much every day. I don't change the pictures of the items because I am not a good photographer and I don't want to bring shame to our high quality products. However I encourage you to come to the factory whenever you're in town! I always enjoy some company.
tamburello - We have mens and women's shirts available with the script. I have some straggler swim shorts (red) and I just brought back the vintage '69 tee that can be found on the website. Women's tanks with the script logo, mens wet wear shirts with script logo, and lounge pants for men and women with the old logo. I'd be more than willing to send pictures.
carter38 - We have so much variety I don't even know how to put them on the website. For just our Polos I have white ones in 100% cotton, and some in egyptian cotton. I have some with a gray background in the logo and some without. I have some black ones in XL that are too luxurious to even list online (think golf shirt) but I'll sell them for the same price. I have women's tanks with giant logos on the front with a solid red 1 and some with a jeweled red 1. Long sleeve shirts in red (which I just brought back yesterday and I am super happy with the product!) with the logo on the sleeve and some long sleeve without the logo on the sleeve. The variety is here, you just need to call and inquire.

Tank tops?
Black hoodies? Red hoodies?
Good Koozies? Not the 1/2" thick with plastic bottom those suck...the soft ones with glued round bottom (have many sloppy joes ones from KW)

Towels of different sizes...?
Silky thin type of shirts are comfy for hot days no idea what the material is but that's how I describe lol

Sweatshirt ( non hoodie) Koozies, how about a back pack with all the compartments, I like the shorts they had years ago. If you go back in the first Smoking magazine they had pages of stuff that was cool. For me it is the clothing. I don't need a Cigarette golf bag. H

They used to have nice denim long and short sleeved shirts. The last show I was at, three different people tried to buy the one that I was wearing!

looking for a CIG swimsuit. backpack is a good idea. any and all t shirts and sweatshirts are a plus. i wear lots of hats...so a flexfit with different colors and designs. also looking for towels.

How about an updated embroidered light jacket with a boat in the back. Don't need the Miami Vice-esque tacky satin of the 80's, but a nice team racing jacket that's tasteful.

Proformance fabric polo and t-shirt. Some more of the classic 80s-90s stuff any clothing reall. tanks, fishing shirt button ups, etc...The logo fat towel, back pack would be cool. Alway bring one on the boat.
