The pastel glad was redone by Phil a couple years ago. He recently got it back and it's currently for sale on his website.

Those pics were from Havasu...Cheng and the original owner of the blue/white glad had just gotten both of them and were out tearing up the lake. Great trip!

Had beers with the owner of the Gladiator that Phil has for sale. Phil stated this particular boat did not have any incident as previously mentioned.
My apologies for any confusion.

I also don't believe the Glad pictured on Phil's site was the one that was redone after previously doing battle with the toll booth.

What ever became of Cheng's old Glad? If this is the same boat I'm thinking of, it was stripped and hanging in limbo for the longest time on NL's site.

Chengs Glad went to a guy in Az for a few years. Then during a test run with a potential buyer it rolled on Havasu. It did finally sell, went missing for a while and popped up on NL site totally stripped. It was bought by a guy in Texas who put it back together (actually did a decent job). It was sold for under 100k and unknown where it is now. Same paint as it's always had (pictured above) when it was sold out of Texas.

Well Im glad to hear it was bought and put back together, I'm sure someone here knows where it is today. Sharp boats (both the red and the blue one).
