After hurting one engine last month thinking I was gonna be done, I decided o fix it and ran it one more time before storage, got engine in yesterday and went out today since its 60 degrees and sunny, on a FLAT lake it went 73.4 @ 5500 rpm, TRS boat, I was amazed it went that fast, cant wait to go in 2-4 footers next summer, maybe 74-75??? this is a TRS boat I didn't expect much more then 70....this combo works perfect!!!

Yea, water still 62 here I think, oil temps were normal at 180 or so, that's all I ever really get, never have water temp register even in July, the boat went 70.8 still in August with hurt engine, I expect it to do 72 all day and anything else is a bonus.... I know shes got more, well I hope have not even tuned it yet...gonna try to add widebands and dial it in this winter....hard to bust 70 in a Mistress without too much effort... so I am very happy!!!

Wish I could get out again but since there was light snow this morning and boat is winterized I guess not.

Engines are done, dyno in few weeks. Picked up some imco scx drives to handle the new power. Pulled the 350's out of the magnum yesterday. Spring for sure I have a place to work on it this winter.

That is awesome! Some good boating is to be had late in the season on Lake Erie.

nice work Tim !! my season ended a few weeks ago but i will have it back together in the spring no problem. the july trip to ohio is gonna become a regular event for us. just hope its not 95 deg at night again lol
