I lost count after 8 or 10[/QUOTE]

You only have 7 fingers. No wonder you lost count.

I talked to Glenn today. Yes nice guy. Goinging to go and look at it and a few other toys he has there next week.

I came across SEAN 's old 1987 on the west coast.

He would not be happy!

I'd call the listing company - PBC. There are many reasons people list boats with a reputable broker - one being so they don't have to take frequent calls about their boat for sale. I'm sure the owner would talk about the boat with a buyer who is certainly interested, as you are, but I'd start with PBC first. Just my thoughts. Good luck with your search!

Other than the fact I think the one with #3s and the 90 mph paint job is a better deal.

I just purchased a Cafe Racer last summer. I will try and post pics later. Previous owner had Vinson repaint the whole boat, all new white interior, Rebuild 502's, TRS drives, 1997 Heritage trailer with all new tires and brakes, new stereo, fresh $2,000 service. I paid $50,000. It looks like a very modern boat. Everyone thinks it is a 2000 or newer vessel. It's nice because the previous owner dumped all of the money in the boat and it is turn key now. Rides like a Cadillac in the rough LOTO chop. Not the fastest thing in the world. Runs about 60. It has 23 P props now. Just bought a set of 25's to try. I bought mine from an individual. Paid $100 for a compression test at the local marina. All cylinders were 130 across the board. I loaded her up and headed home. If you now the local dealer you would probably be safe buying from them. Alot of times the broker does not fully know the boat. Has just been setting on their lot for months. Good luck with your purchase!
