I don;'t believe that is a repair that Phil did on the Cafe or he would showed us his fiberglass skills in this thread.

Looks like the same bottom and angle of shot he took before of the cracks underneath.

I think it's still the same boat #1.

#2, judging by his other repairs / non repairs I will say that I wouldn't trust his skills fixing that hole.

IMHO.
