,y guess is someone with the hawks and drives offered him a majorly lowball number for the boat is he "dropped in" the new motors and drives. Phil figured he is going to make up the difference selling the 420s and trs stuff and has grossly underestimated (once again) what its going to take to do the swap not realizing all the little glitches, hiccups and headaches that go with a job of that nature.
