ran the boat again with hydro p5 27 pitch 5 blades. boat ran even better no tabs at all .more responsive to trim transom was a bit higher and nose a little flatter. only problem was at about 2500 rpm getting on plane a lot of viabration on the drives then it went away .I am spinning props in could be because of that .will try spinning out

Felt weird, hell, I thought my props were screwed up! Went away completely though...

I tried spinning IN and mine did the same thing. I thought I could get more bow lift by going IN, it did, but it lifted the whole boat an was less stable... Anyway, I switched back OUT and the vibration went away. It would vibrate just as the water left transom while getting on plane and wasn't bad, just odd. Brett said it was b/c of the blades repeatedly losing and getting bite at a certain point while getting on plane.

stop the porpoising.. Both sets of 5 blades that I tried cured the porpoising...I will probably end up trying some stock 4 blades to see how that works..
