I looked at the boat last weekend with a friend of mine. It does need some TLC for sure. Its not a disaster or anything like that, but not a cream puff thats for sure.
There is a good stress crack at the helm, and a couple on the lifting strakes. The bottom has some blistering going on.. The hull was yellow stained, props were tore up, skeg was bent, sunpad was splitting, numerous scratches and gouges in the glass, keel was gouged/scraped very bad a couple feet long. trailer tires were showing some dry rot, and the boat needed a major buffing/detail. The cabin entry lid has no hardware, just lays there, and the cabin door didnt want to slide properly for some reason. Missing the center wind deflector. Gauges in poor condition, but seller has new gauges for it that go with the boat. No cockpit cover, just a full cover, stainless rub rail, is dented in some spots.
The good. It has low hour 575's and CMI headers, and a nice stereo. Cabin was in good shape. Bilge was clean and rigging was nice.
My buddy made a offer, but I believe the owner is holding out for more money. My buddy was interested, knowing he'd have to invest some serious dough in it to get it to his standards, but I think my buddy moved on since apparently the seller has someone interested in it for a higher price than my buddy offered. Problem is the guy who is supposedly buying it, hasnt seen it yet.
The owner seems like a very nice guy. Dont think he's hiding anything, just everyones Idea of what a clean boat is is different.

Boatn you get offended so easily, don`t ever let Sponge Bob off the boat in that glorified swamp, he`d be dead in under 3 seconds
I get it thou, The Big Lake is not for everyone. Water gets rough and all some folks got is Fountains
