After thinking about this for a bit...... one could probably just 3-D print these out of ABS plastic, and have an upholstery guy cover them?

Well, I have printed up the mock up version of the cupholder. When I get to my boat tomorrow, I will test fit the insert cup, and check for clearances around the proposed install points. If everything looks good, I will print them out of ABS plastic, cover, and install. That`s amazing you can just print stuff at home now. I gotta get me one of those .

It is surprisingly simple, and the youtube videos basically walk you through step by step. It also helps to know someone who has built one, or bought one.
