This is a really nice boat, and has the right power for sure. I think your challenge in selling it is with the paint scheme on it, it does kind of scream early 90's. If I was in a position to buy I would love to own this boat but I can tell you right now my wife would wrinkle her nose at it. It will take the right buyer but eventually you will find them at your price. Perhaps looking into a wrap is one way to make it more appealing for prospective buyers without investing a ton more into it.

Wouldn't take much to just sand the graphics off of it and have just a pure white boat. I personally would rather have that than a wrap, but I'm not a big fan of wraps.

It's not the paint, it's not the location, it's not the boat...it's all about timing ! If you had more time to sit on it at 65k it'd sell. There's a buyer for everything, the timing just has to be right. When the stars align and the buyer that wants a super clean gun (for what Id consider under market) is ready to buy, that's when the boat will sell. The market for these boats is so slim to begin with, everything has to line up. Sitting on something like this is really the way you should do it. But I totally understand wanting to free up cash quick. It's a predicament for sure.
