Default Need some Help Battery issue

This is my first Cigarette Top Gun and it just got dropped off to me today in Kemah, TX.
Sorry if these are stupid questions but this is all new to me. And this forum is probably best advice I will get.
My battery panel isn't registering anything no matter what position the switches are in.
I plugged in the shore power and nothing is happening other than a red light labeled POLARITY goes on in the cabin. Tried multiple switches and combos nothing. Just the red light will go off or on when I move the panel switches..

The issue is I need to get the tabs up to get the thing put in the dry stack. Is the hatch liftable manually? Ive been trying and doesn't seem to want to move.
How can I get the hatch up and access to the batteries if we cant get any power to it.

Thanks!
Bryan

If your batteries are under the hatch and not under the rear bench seat, there should be a positive and negative lug somewhere to jump to that will give you power to the hatch and other dc accessories

The batteries are under the hatch. I pull the rear seat and the batteries are not accessible. No lugs that I can see.

does iut have a 12 volt cigarette lighter type plug or any place else you can find to backfeed the system? I lot of the electric hatch lifts have a pin instead of a bolt that you can fish out for just such an occasion. have access to the back of the switch? clip a battery charger to feed it and hook the neg to any ground you can find

If you need to get to a positive lug pull that fiberglass cover thing thats under the rear bench and put both batteries on all. Should be able to back feed to the Hatch lift. I don't think there's any grounds under there so you may have to get creative maybe a drive or something. Most everything on that boat is daisy chained to ground for corrosion protection

The pump that lifts the hatch should be under the bench seat tucked back on the port side. Put a battery charger on the blue wire to lift

Or plug in shore power to the side of the boat

Thanks all for the suggestions. After trying multiple things we figured it out that it was the Marina's Extension cord that was faulty which was why the Shore Power wasn't working either. We came to that conclusion after they rolled out 3 different battery chargers and none had power.
Now that I have power.....Stereo issue

I'm in the same boat (no pun intended) as you.. I replaced my head unit to be able to use an IPOD and after looking at the install, it was a mess. I will be redoing everything now haha
