10 years ago I was entering boca inlet. On the way out was an Apache, a 41. It was idling through Lake Boca. The sound it made would put most bands to shame. The white paint with colourful feather paint job glistened. I think it was called warpath. Someone had put their heart into rebuilding the Apache. There is a reason why these boats are still loved. It obviously left an impression on me.

Yep. It cost that much if it's done right. Engines lowered and move forward, new motor mounts, sea strainer, water pickups, new hoses, dual power steering, filter and all the hoses and fittings you need to make it work, helm has to be redone for helm haudrolic steering. Props...$10,000

I have seen a few Magnums running with Arnesons. It's an impressive sight. The gurgle of the diesels and the spray tail as the 60 foot hull tries to flatten 5 foot waves. The tails give it away although they stay on plane. Most others stay in harbour.

the best deal going on top guns by far is the 92 with twin 500 efi's for 57k. probably not going to find a better deal right now and honestly the owner (IMO) shouldnt go any lower on that boat. i have not seen it but it looks to be worth every penny. turn key reliable, and wont break the bank. certainly wont be the fastest, but you will be on the water every weekend.

I think Jason's is a killer deal. Look at what you're getting, a brand new boat:
http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o58142-en.html
Also, the TX arneson gun is sweet too!
Just for argument, what do you think I could list mine at? '90 Gun, all new parts = 1300 Huber Trans, Konrads, Gellner 572cu - 1000s w/ 14-71 chillers, new fuel system, Hardin sea strainers, new transom, new paint, new Gel on bottom, , windscreen, all new hardware everywhere, every piece of rigging is new, rub rail, new interior, updated dash, new Garmin, new hatch like T/S, all livorsi gauges, throttle, shifters, etc, LED trim indicators, list goes on and on, new new new, blah blah.... I don't know what's into it,.... Just curious what market would price it at, if I were looking to sell, no rush. .60 cent on the dollar?
