It will run 90 around 5000 rpm. Honestly I never went full throttle because when you get going 80-90 in decent water that is fast enough for me!

I have hit 90mph at 5000 rpm in flat lake water, full fuel, 6 people and a HUGE cooler in the cabin as well as all the gear.

Maybe the kids trying to bring back the 80's Splatter Paint Trend to match his 50mph cig!!!

This is more true than most on OSO would care to admit. I rarely recall people keeping their recommendations to themselves due to a lack of practical knowledge. One of the things that you can pick up on when you ask and listen instead of offering advice is the difference between the experienced folks and the 2 boat wannabes. I have had about 7 or 8 boats in my life and the main thing they taught me is how little I know.
