Looks like my plan is to completely repower after tossing a rod...

New Dart or Merlin blocks, new 540 rotating assemblys, new cams also it looks like, was 600 hp before probably gonna be about 675 when done... we will see....

Goin in for hip replacement in Nov. so will be slow build, I pay cash as I go so it may take till March/April, will be nice to know everything will be perfect next year..!!

Work has begun on the T/S already, and it appears the Cafe is heading for its new home in the next week or two.
I am going to miss that cabin....

The Top Gun is getting both engines completely rebuilt they are already torn down and heading off to the machine shop in the next couple weeks.
Exhaust getting sent to CMI to get pressure tested.
Ordering a lot of new parts have to get rid of all the salty parts...
New transom assemblies are going in.
Lots of powder coating going to going on very soon under hatch.
Brand new dash going in updated new everything.
Will head off for paint by 2nd week in November I still have not decided what I am going to do with paint trying to decide now,
maybe a complete color change not sure yet.
By spring I will be completely broke.....

Best of luck with the hip replacement -- MAKE SURE YOU DO THE THEARAPY EXACTLY AS YOUR SURGEON DIRECTS!!--

If you don't do the therapy you'll going to be walking around like a three legged dog.

All the best
