Merc 525 info with whipples

Looking for pros and cons on 525"s with whipples from the merc factory thank you

Doesn"t anybody out there have any pros or cons on whipples with 525"s . Cost factor as well as reliability and what ever else would be appreciated

I think its a rock solid platform if you keep the valve train fresh, heads, rockers, lifters, a bud of mine had a pair in a 35' boat, it went 103 in the shoot out 2 yrs ago

Did you not see the pistons that came out of that low hour motor?!
