Official 28ss exhaust thread.
Ok I have been searching the interwebz for this info.
I have a 28ss with the old log manifolds. Rear exit. Standard stainless marine for bravos? Or I think they have a narrow dimension. I have a set of lightning headers, and a set of merc aluminum manifolds too. I was going to pull the center manifolds and see what fits. I was just curious.

I did Stainless Marine also. They sent me the manifolds and then I had to measure and they made the tailpipes to the measurements. The water exits right at the tips so they're pretty loud but I don't have to worry about reversion. I had to do a little grinding and cutting as i was replacing 3" Gil's with the 4" SM tails. I dont know if the Stainless Marine Big Block stuff will fit

Buy some used ASD6s and go 15 mph faster. Your engines will be lower and CG better and you won.t have to pay Glass Daves new Gooberment adjusted prices.
