$10k on average to refresh twins? A $10k "refresh" gets the pan dropped and some new bearings and maybe a set of lifters slapped in!

Yea I was definitely being conservative, but point is that 65-69K isn't asking too much for a Top Gun that is all done and turn key. I mean, I sold OLD SCHOOL for 69K with new owner knowing the engines needed a refresh! So IMO, SMOKIN GUN is no fire sale, but definitely worth the asking price.
