Very simple it was approx .150 gap, take away the clearance for oil pump shaft, then shim, not a hack fix that's what 6 people told me to do including mad and dart, 4 engine builders...if I had a slip collar distributor it would not have been issue, but I don't.

All clearances were checked and logged, I have build sheets in these engines that most builders don't even keep... The details I can tell you every little one... Been a long process...

I will be out there tonight for a while, tomorrow evening and all day sat... Hope to fire with no issues sat and change oil, then go over it all and take to water Sunday, I I PRAY all goes well to find a water bar and get a beer and relax!
