Also one upgrade that is a must is a wind screen, the difference is night and day compared to those flaps and I think they look better. I see your interior is out, how hard is it to get side cockpit panels out? I'm going to put some speakers in but don't want to wreck existing panels.

I pretty much figured this is how this would end up.

Well this minor little restore is under way...3rd boat in 3 years.This one is pretty much a complete restore everything being replaced. I am done after this boat is complete for at least 2 seasons,well unless I can find an abused 39 that needs some love.
Most of boat will be new by the time spring rolls around.

I am still always amazed that people spend this much money on their boats and do not take care of

Where to start.
Engines, they were on there last ride, would have been lucky to make it threw a month of boating, they are at the builder now, building engines so that they are capable of handling Whipples, I will be running stock for this upcoming season.Low 80's will be fast enough for me for at least this season.
New paint, Mitcher T this is scheduled for 2nd week in January
New transom assemblies.
Replace all cables hoses ect.
New dash
New interior
Pump out head
Possibly finishing front half of cabin.
