You're right, I've spent many a years re-doing many boats in my life,, and of course you always want to put your personal spin on things.. Don't want such large engines that i have to be dicken with them all the time,, merc 600 or 700 sc's and not sure on drives... Guess I got all the time in the world to look,,',,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe right? I'll keep reading in the cig forum to educate myself on your tubs.... Know formulas pretty well now and do love how their build, solid as hell... But looking to move up one last time and always wanted a cig or Donzi.

I don't think Formulas nearly as solid as a Cig.... Not even close.

Agreed 1000%!!! our previous boat was a formula 292 and it just wasn't up to the task of Long Island sound ocean running. We had it for 3 years and it was damn near falling apart. The helm seperated from the hull by a solid 3/4" and the wrap around windshield had sheared off 5-6 bolts...the build on our current cig is in a different league. I feel like I would break before the boat will....
