Hey Rob, I was looking at a few of your posts about prop testing and selection, have you given any thought to cutting off the diffuser rings on the B1s your going to use? I think you said you were going to run a set of Bravo props right?
On fb this morning Mark Rinda posted about trimming them to get a little more bow lift on a Tiger specifically and I had talked to him yesterday about it with the setup on my cafe so it's kinda on the forefront of my mind. Just curious what your thoughts were..

i turn mine in so ive never had an issue, i am on the list to try bblades new +4 style prop. when i first got it, the props were turning out and the boat ran great but seemed flat. since turning in the bow rides much higher and the boat responded well, picked up 3 mph from it as well.

Gotcha, how did swapping the drives affect your cruise speed? With the bow a little higher at speed did you have to give her a little more stick to maintain that nice sweet spot?

made it better all around, less trim needed. it was the single best simple thing that i ever did to make the boat better.

Excellent, seems like some boats respond well to in VS out while it doesnt make a noticable difference with others, from what I've read...
