1977 35 Flat Deck Cig in West Miami
Hey all you guys that want a project boat,
My buddy from WI, flew down, to look at this one.
Its in bad shape, and has been stored outside, under very little cover.
hull - good shape
paint - not good
teak - bad
cabin - bad
engines - not started in 4 years, has bellhousing oil coolers
drives - TRS on #3 gimbals
engine hatchs - need replacement
back seat bulkhead - needs replacement
trailer, low boy wheels
He found this in the boattraderonline, asking $25k
What do you think its worth ?

That's a tough one. There are a number of finished older flat deck 35's that are advertised in the 40's. Sounds like this one has to go to someone who really wants one bad. Although, it might make a nice planter outside your shop!
