People don't buy a Cigarette for all out speed. They buy them for the quality, construction, ride and longevity
Silly question for a Cigartte forum.

Sorry just my opinion. lol

So by "full pleasure" do you mean a full cabin down below, so not a twin step?

Cigarette doesn't build race boats anymore, which makes all of them pleasure boats.
So just take your pick of the latest one out of the factory with 1100s or better.

I think he means any Cigarette that is not "raced"... come to think of it, I don't think there are many Cigarettes racing these days!

Of the ones out there, there are a few in the 120's, the latter step hulls with extended cover girls I would tend to think the 46 RR with the 1350's at loto has the tendency to be the fastest. of the old school TG with full cabins i believe the spider boat ran a solid 118 when Bill Procter owned it. Also Full pleasure either Rick or Toms old maximus are fast and pleasure, just no cabins.

My friend's 42x with 1100's runs 120+.

Awesome ride and pulls like a bear.

My old 42X with 1200's ran 124. I personally saw 120-121 out of it on cold days a couple of times.

I don't think they ever got a true number but that 42'X with the 1350 mercs has to be real close to the fastest.
