Question '99 Cig Tiger in CA - anyone know this boat?

I have a friend interested in this '99 Tiger (currently on eBay). I'm assuming it's a Havasu boat, but can't confirm. Looks clean, although the Tiger graphic would have to go... Ha, anyone know the story on it? Tank? Any of you left-coast guys? Thanks much. SM

It's a nor-cal boat. Delta area. I don't know it personally.

She was from West Michigan years ago. Nice very clean boat back then.

Thanks for the info, guys... PM sent 33OutlawSST. And outlw36 is correct... it's hard to find good, clean, used boats anymore. The ones that are available usually sell fast.
