I am pretty sure that there is only Mine (#3) and the original (#1) boat in black still around. I heard #2 struck an underwater object overseas and was sunk. The #1 boat has the older style hatch without the raised look. Good luck with your purchase.

Word is #1 is here on LOTO, Cigrocket, is yours the black one with normal deck or do you have the mahogany deck. Now hull #5 is here at LOTO too.

Had the Survey done this morning, the boat checked out very good for the most part. It always interesting how the buying cycle goes:

First time you see the boat its AWSOME. As you get deeper into due diligence the warts start to show. No deal killer today, found a few of the touch ups that have happened over the years and a few areas that really need touch ups even some refurb/replacement.

Good news is the mills seem to be in good health, boat hopped up on plane quickly with it's 30P props and hit 80MPH on the gps at 5000 RPM..

Mine has the mahogany floors. Glad to hear it worked out for you. Boats always need something. One step at a time. Run it for a while and enjoy it before you get caught up in updating and refinishing. Make sure the major stuff performs as needed, then you can address cosmetics. Can't wait to see some new photos

Good advice, give it some time. I waited till first winter do cosmetics and have spent a lot of time and money getting mine in shape. Congrats on your new toy.

Brought the old girl home today, had a blast trying to dial in how to run her today. Now she is all tucked in for the night.

Really need my dock addition soon. http://midwestboatparty.com/forum/at...8&d=1460763402

She is heading back to marina Monday for some more work then to the stereo shop for interior lighting, hot rod stereo and hopefully some way to address the stern light that is hidden under the swim platform.

Has anyone out there had to relocate their stern nav light to accommodate a platform? If so what did you do?
