Understand... Appreciate the info.

Sweet ride you bought

Awesome boat!! Gladiators are so cool.

I agree on the car scene...hot rods are for when it too early, or too late in the season to boat.

Speaking of Zul, he's semi retired but still answered the phone last time o spoke with him and we chatted an out 30 minutes or so about all kinds of stuff. Really good dude and builds amazing motors that last. If you have any questions about the motors (even though theyve probably been gone through) he's usually abliged to help.

Phil too! He likes to know where his boats end up and if you need anything with the boat he bends over backwards to help his customers. I've said it before - Lipship and Zul are just an amazing team. You're part of that family now. Represent!!

My next project is propping. Some where along the line the 6 blade herings that it was dialed in for have been replaced with bravo 32 4 bladers. Rpms are too high for the speed. Going to try 34 4 blades and if push comes to shove bite the bullet and track down some replacement 5 blade herings. Gulp.

XR Sportmaster shorties? The drive height may be such that the props are semi-surfacing which is why it was initially setup with 5 blades. Those Bravo props will be tossing blades if the tips are breaking the surface. Not sure this is the case here but something to consider depending on setup. Maybe Maximus will work and be less coin?

I don't know if they are shorties or standards. It throws a pretty decent roost. Apparently the original props were 6 blades not 5. My buddybthat used to own it tlaked tonphil today and said 4 blades will be the fastest. 6 blades will help high speed stability and vetter cruise. Didnt mention tossing blades on these 4 bangers.... eeeek.
