^^I will certainly be up there at some point, maybe a long weekend. I still get Kevin's fun run emails, those seem like a lot of fun and a way to meet new people. Save a slot for me in 2017, looking forward to it!
I had alot of fun at the Nashville run, I will plan to do 3 runs next year, if I can get engines to stick together for a whole season..... |
Frick, whats the issues with the engines not staying together ? You cant catch a break with that thing
|
I kept it off the internets out of respect.
I can describe it in private if you would like to know. |
The number 6 boats I run with ride like there on a rail at 70+ mph. Nothing to do with getting away from bravo props lol
|
How much different is the #6 from the #5? In reality, that much???
Seems to be about the same weight, SSM6 possibly more? Lock-n-Load would probably have the best input here, as he did the conversion. |
ZP has number 6's also!! Neither of there boats hop around they run nice and level at speeds.
Take the driving class... I bet 90% of your problems are the way you run it. Every problem I was having was the way I was running the boat before the class. I can tell you what changed in my driving habits if you want that made mine run straight as an arrow. Give me a call. |
^Yes, I would appreciate that. And I do think/agree a lot of it is how I am driving the boat. BUT, somethings can be solved with setup so that you never have to "deal" with them.

I could tell you first hand my buddys 38 cig with 3A drives , no boxes, is an entirely different animal than icdedppls boat with 5s on boxes, especially in rough water. Lololol Ol |
Mild has he ever thought about taking the boxes off? Had this talk about the boxes on mine, would prolly gain some speed across the board. Just isn't worth it to me.
|
I will let you know when we swap to 6's Im not expecting any problems lolol
