No way without way without turning up the superchargers and removing the rev-limiter. And BTW anyone can do that

4,000 RPM @ 75mph turned up to 800s

Haven't ran it wide open yet but I am thinking just south of 115mph

a correction : it was for sale with 137 hrs ,15 months ago.not half , it now has 197hours. I know all this for a fact . Also it was for sale for less , only about 5k, but it has had some upgrade :including under water lights that cost more then the incress in price including the labor as well. The boat is stunning in person and shows like brand spanking new ,103 mph is top end. IMOP, the nicest 39TG out there

The price is subjective, but the reality is that Cigarette is building very few 39's new. A friend of mine just sold his 39 for exactly what he paid for it a year ago. He got a call from Phil, check was waiting when he dragged it down, subject to sea trial. That 39 with 700's ran 103 with a bunch of big dudes in it, very impressive. The factory quoted him about 560k for a new 39, but they are building open boats at about a 10-2 ratio to 39's. The market has dictated the current trend, and of course Cigarette wants to make money. Supply and demand will invariably determine value of used rigs.

For the record; I am only speaking of the 2012 silver 39 that was listed . I can not speak for any other out there . I drove this boat for a little more then a year, fresh water only, and never abused or ran hard , it was meticulously maintained and cared for . Including climate controlled indoor storage , and a complete detail after every use . Always serviced and used the correct parts and fluids required and specified by Mercury racing . We are fanatics about taking care of things , we went beyond insane in being extremely anal for caring of that amazing 39

Pretty sure I'm the one that bought your friends 39. I couldn't be happier with it.
