My question is.... approximately what could i ask for the boat with out motors. It has xr drives. And is overall

Depends on condition and trailer. Based on what other late 90's TG's are listed at, I'd guesstimate 35-50k less engines.
It would need a cash buyer. Banks won't loan on a boat without engines.

I was thinking about 30k The boat has no trailer.

Good luck with the sale, should be a nice boat for someone with some power sitting around. With Xr's the, cover girl package. I would stick with some 625 HP motors. For Reliability. Nice set of 540's built for reliability.
