Looks like a lot of work going into that boat.

You live in Port Clinton?

Boat is finally in primer, almost ready for paint, transom holes are drilled.....moving forward but still slow...

What cleats should I use on the deck? I like pop ups but I don't want to listen to them squeak at night...suggestions please.

After all the $$$ you've invested in this boat I'm sure (or hope) it will be insured, but what will that cost?

It has been insured the whole time. The cost is ugly but it is what it is.

It was a huge step to have the whole boat completely blocked and primed. The are doing final sand and block now. we are cutting all of the holes before we paint.

Its getting there slowly.
