Shoot a PM to "Spicy" here on OSO to find out who redid the cockpit on his Top Gun a while back. He also did a factory warranty re-skin on bad vinyl for a CC Cigarette too. He's in Maryland. I don't know if he would do what you are asking, but he's close to you & worth the ask.
