That ad is a couple years old, I would think current value of that boat is in the 220-230k range. A lot of guys have close to that into old boats. This boat probably runs mid 90's with small power and easy maintenance other than the drives, xr's are cheap. Also a lot guys don't give a chit about a nice cabin. Every marina I've ever stayed at has bathrooms and showers.

I'm a fan of the small simple cabin, but I'd expect to see the lack of cabin reflected in the price vs a comparable cig with a more extravagant cabin.

I'm a huge fan (as I've stated over and over) of the 90's cigarette cabins and think they are one of if not the best cabin in an offshore boat. We never slept in our cabin on the gun but we were down there all the time, chillin out of the sun, mixing drinks, hanging out, etc. i enjoyed sitting at the table facing the person I was talking to having conversations like civilized person with drinks on the table in between us
I really wish cigarette would at least offer the option of a full cabin (but I think it's a CG issue). I'm starting to shop boats again and not really even considering a TS because of the cabin issue, unless I found some crazy deal that could make me overlook that, but even then....won't be getting another 90's gun because I want something a little smaller and lighter. So, the cig market is shrinking rapidly for me.

How do you sleep in a bathroom? Sounds gross.
Us Northern peasants sleep on our boats all weekend long.
I get my best sleep on the boat..... gentle rocking, sound of the water hitting the sides, the hum of the AC, dark and cool like a cave, turn the ac down to 63* throw on some down blankets, pass out and have no idea of the time.. I`m getting sleepy
